Max André Pierre Dubuche is the founder and owner of Pierre Dubuche Law Office P.C. Max’s practice focuses on immigration law including removal defense, family-based petitions, family court proceedings Special Immigrant Juvenile Visas (SIJS) and business immigration.
Max obtained his JD degree at the Universidad de las Américas in México City. He is licensed to practice law in México. Shortly after obtaining his law license in México, he attended the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) to pursue a Master Degree in Finance.
In 2015, Max moved to the United States, where he pursued his studies in American Legal Systems and obtained a Master Degree in American Law (LLM) at Syracuse University College of Law in Syracuse, New York. Max is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
Max has been practicing law for more than 19 years. He worked at Buenfil & Hoffman, a boutique law firm in México, where he gained extensive experience in litigation and commercial transactions. Max also gained managerial experience at AXA, a multinational insurance firm that engages in global insurance, investment management and other financial services. At AXA, Max was the Manager of the Customer Service Unit.
Prior to starting Pierre Debuche Law Office P.C., Max worked served as a paralegal and then Senior Immigration Attorney for a well-known law firm in New York where he gained extensive experience in representing clients in immigration proceedings, in matters before the USCIS, in Family and Criminal Courts.
Max is fluent in Spanish, French and Hatian Creole.
